From Manchester city centre, take the A57 Regent Road heading west towards Eccles. Continue along Liverpool Road through Eccles, following signs for Irlam. After approximately 11 miles, turn onto Fairhills Road and then onto Tallow Way where Unit 2 is located.
If travelling from the M60, exit at Junction 11 and follow the A57 Liverpool Road towards Irlam. Continue for around 3 miles before turning onto Fairhills Road and then onto Tallow Way.
If travelling from the M6, exit at Junction 21 and follow the A57 eastbound towards Irlam. After approximately 4 miles, turn onto Fairhills Road and then onto Tallow Way.
The nearest railway station is Irlam Station, which is less than 2 miles away and provides regular services operated by Northern Rail to Manchester Oxford Road, Manchester Victoria, and Liverpool Lime Street.
